The Problem (Before Signals)
Endless Searching: You spend hours skimming transcripts, replaying calls, or running prompts just to find that one key detail—like, “Did the client ask about pricing?”
Scattered Chaos: There’s no easy way to filter or compare your calls by what actually matters. Want to see every call with a competitor objection? You’re in for a manual scavenger hunt.
AI Fatigue: AI generates a flood of insights, but most aren’t useful. It’s overwhelming—and you end up missing what really matters.
Duplication: You find yourself repeating the same searches, prompts, and workflows over and over, because there’s no easy way to save or surface the insights you care most about.
Lost Discoveries: Important moments or patterns fall through the cracks. You know there are great insights in your calls—but too often, they’re gone before anyone sees them.
The Solution: Signals
What’s New?
Instant Answers: Signals automatically highlight and surface the most important moments from every call or meeting. With just a click, see “all calls where pricing was discussed,” or “every conversation with a competitor objection.”
Clear Organization, Zero Chaos: Filter, group, and compare your calls by real business drivers—like churn risks, objections, or renewals. See patterns, not just piles of transcripts.
No Noise: Signals cut through the clutter to deliver only the insights that actually matter to your team. Less AI overwhelm. More confidence that you’re seeing what counts.
No More Repetition: Once a Signal is set, it’s automatically detected in every new meeting. You can instantly search for Signals across all conversations or use them as triggers for workflows and alerts.
Insights You Never Miss: Signals track trends and surface discoveries that would otherwise stay hidden. Spot red flags, spot opportunities, and make confident decisions.
What This Means For You
Speed: No more digging through transcripts or listening to calls. You get answers instantly.
Big Picture Insight: Spot issues, patterns, and opportunities across hundreds of calls at a glance.
Efficiency: Reduce time, minimize errors, and avoid wasted effort from running duplicate workflows.
Focus: Say goodbye to AI noise. Get only the actionable insights that matter.

Examples
Instead of reviewing 20 calls searching for “pricing,” see every call with a ‘Pricing Objection’ Signal instantly.
No more asking reps, “Did you confirm next steps?”—just check the Signal.
CS sees every call with a ‘Churn Risk’ flag, and workflows automatically launch for follow-up.
What's Next

Signals are the foundation for advanced features coming soon.
How to Build a Signal
Go to the Signals/Properties tab.
Create New Signal: Name what you want to track (e.g., “Competitor Mentioned,” “Next Steps Set,” “Churn Risk”).
Set Extraction Rule: Choose model/prompt, select data type (true/false, text, select, number, etc.), and set logic for when to extract.
Add Tags & Filters: Organize by team, use tags for quick filtering.
Test & Save: Run test on sample calls, view results, and refine as needed.
How to Use Signals in Search
Search by Signal: Filter meetings/calls by any Signal value (e.g., “Show me all demos with ‘Pricing Objection’ flagged”).
Trend Analysis: Visualize frequency and patterns of key Signals over time or across reps.
Workflow Action: Use Signal filters to trigger actions (e.g., send alert if “Competitor Mentioned” = true).
How to Use Signals in Workflows
Trigger: Start workflows based on Signal changes (e.g., email CS rep if “Churn Risk” present).
Enrich CRM/Data: Auto-create or update CRM records based on Signal values.
Reduce Duplication: Set workflows to use Signals as context, so you don’t have to repeat extractions in every workflow.
Optimize Automations: Link Signals to multi-step automations for customer journeys, enable advanced reporting, etc.
How to Use Signals in Meetings
Auto-saved: Each call gets Signals extracted automatically; review Signals after the meeting.
In-Context Review: During prep for next call, see prior Signals at a glance (e.g., last objection, outcome, satisfaction level).
Coach & Debrief: Use Signals as “call scorecards” for manager feedback or coaching.
