Seeing Success

Jack Briscoe and his team at BuildWitt have been using a daily end-of-day debrief workflow with outstanding results. By sharing quick daily updates in a shared channel, their sales organization has experienced improved team alignment, faster follow-up, and greater transparency across all levels. Jack shared:

“The daily debriefs are super helpful. We’re doing it as a sales team now, and I can’t recommend it enough. Executives and reps can see what’s working, celebrate wins, and quickly spot things to improve—without needing another meeting.”

What It Does

  • Each day, every team member records a quick end-of-day (EOD) report, highlighting wins, challenges, and key activity.

  • The workflow automatically summarizes and formats all EOD reports into a clear, easy-to-read structure.

  • A daily summary is posted in a dedicated Slack channel, so everyone can review team insights together in one place.

Purpose

The goal: Keep your team connected, accountable, and continuously improving—all week long.

With daily debriefs:

  • Leadership sees trends and activity in real time

  • Reps get recognition for wins and areas to work on

  • Teams stay in sync, celebrate progress, and act on feedback quickly

If your team wants more than just end-of-week recaps, daily EOD workflows ensure that nothing important slips through the cracks and that everyone is rowing in the same direction.

Set It Up

  1. Adjust the 'New Meeting' trigger to only run on your team’s calls.

  2. Replace the naming convention in the 'Conditional Prompt' to match your naming convention when uploading these calls.

  3. Replace the channel name in the 'Send Message to Channel' node with your channel name.

  4. Add @AskElephant to that channel as an app.

  5. Click the three dots on the top right and select “Activate workflow”.
