- Gift card value and form. Eligible participants may receive one (1) digital gift card worth fifty-five U.S. dollars ($55 USD). The gift card will be issued as an Amazon.com or DoorDash gift card, at AskElephant's sole discretion. Amazon and DoorDash are third-party services; their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Those companies do not sponsor or endorse this offer.
- Who qualifies. The offer is open to revenue leaders at B2B companies only—roles such as manager, director, vice president, or C-level, with responsibility for sales, revenue, customer success, or revenue operations. AskElephant may verify your title, employer, and work email. Students, contractors without a qualifying role, competitors, and employees of AskElephant or its affiliates are not eligible.
- What counts as attending. The gift card is for completing a good-faith demo: you join the scheduled session on time, participate as the booked attendee (no substitutes), and remain for the full session unless we end early. No-shows, late cancellations without reasonable notice, or joining only to claim the incentive without engaging may disqualify you at our reasonable judgment.
- How and when you receive the gift card. If you meet the criteria above, we will email the gift card to the business email address used to book. We typically send it within one (1) business day after the completed demo; in some cases processing may take up to thirty (30) business days. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
- Limits and non-transferability. One gift card per person per rolling twelve (12) month period for AskElephant demo incentives, unless we specify otherwise. The offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and has no cash value except as issued. No substitution except where required by law or at AskElephant's discretion.
- Taxes and compliance. Any taxes or reporting obligations related to receiving the gift card are your responsibility. The offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. AskElephant may withhold or deny the incentive where necessary to comply with law or internal policy.
- Changes and termination. We may modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time. Bookings made before a change are generally honored according to the terms in effect when you booked, unless we notify you otherwise where permitted by law.
